T.K. Lee is the Managing Director of Asia Franchise Networks. The consulting business has been operating in Singapore since 2004 providing franchise-related services range from advisory, brokering, consulting, educational program and support.

Over many years of running a U.S. franchise business as a Master franchisee and managing sub-franchisee, he realized that there was so much value that a time-tested U.S. franchise system could provide to Asian investors in reducing their risk to own a business and achieving faster return on investments. Furthermore, a rising population and growing middle class, relatively low-cost HR, ready infrastructural makes Asian a very potential marketplace for established U.S. franchise brands.
